Let's begin by talking about the big economic news that dropped this morning,

which is the November jobs report.

The economy added 227,000 new jobs in November.

Now that beat analyst expectations and it beat what we've

recently been doing. Job growth has averaged 172,000 per month over the past three months.

And remember in October, it got particularly beat up because of the hurricanes and the
