If you're trying to do something of significance, you need to have a point of view.

You can't change every time someone doesn't like something about who you are.

Because then you don't have a point of view.

I think that if something is important enough to you, that bears repeating over and over

and over against quiet quitting, which is essentially saying, I'm only going to do the

bare minimum.

That is an overreaction to being treated poorly and that's a leadership problem.

Yes.

If you work for a bad leader and you're the person that's quiet quitting, you're just

allowing yourself to be the victim.

You can't just say, well, that person's not great and so I'm going to let my career

or my progress be stunted because of it.

I'm very excited for some of you to meet a guy by the name of Wilgadera.
