Today we're going to be talking about Charlie Rocket.

This is a very motivating.

I don't really know exactly what to classify him as, but he is a very charitable individual

who is very motivating and uplifting for tens of thousands of people.

And he was on, I first saw him on the Impulsive podcast.

And he's definitely inspired a lot of people to, you know, be more positive and follow their

dreams. He's also been able to change a lot of people's lives in a very, very positive

manner. But one thing we're going to be talking about is this weight loss journey

and some of the bold claims being made

by some of the doctors that he is deferring to

for his nutritional and lifestyle change information.

And it is pretty wild.

So he used to look like this.

It's kind of a, I don't know, I guess I'm not going to be able to zoom in on it because it's

But there was some, where's another example?

Like he's drastically changed in body composition over the years.

And more recently, he's had a very, very tough time losing weight.
