Well, welcome to this episode of Making the Argument. It has been a very busy week for the Supreme Court.

I've been pretty happy with a lot of other decisions, but some of my colleagues on the left have

not. And in fact, there's been a lot of Twitter trash talk. And some of it has been advocating

violence. Some of it has been overtly racist. We're going to talk about the left's reaction, not just a row,

but some other decisions that have been made. We're also going to talk about what is the

actual role of the Supreme Court, because you have some people on the left claiming that this

is conservative activism in the court. We're going to equip you with the arguments to be able to

combat that, and we're going to do it a little bit different this time. We're actually going to have a back and forth, myself and Hamilton,

we're going to ask some of the most common questions,

and we're going to equip you with the answers that you need

to be able to win these arguments in your own discussions.
