Hi everyone. Welcome back to another episode of Fluently Forward. Today I am releasing an episode that we did on Patreon. I believe like a couple months ago. I think this was done in October because sometimes we do little community challenges like month challenges over on Patreon. And in October, we were doing no scroll October, which led to me watching just so many movies and TV shows. It turns out if I replaced TikTok with actual media, I can watch like

two to three movies in a day. Ew. Anyway, so because of that, I was rewatching Dune and just

really getting into the Benny Jesseret. And I put together this episode that I was really

excited about where we talk about the Bennie Jesteret, which is this group of women in Dune. And they're

kind of a mix between like politicians and monks and assassins and psychics. Like I just find

them super cool. So we talk about the lore of the Benny Jesteret, and then we talk about different

historical examples that the Benny Jesteret have been pulled from. And I really like doing

episodes like this over on Patreon. It's a little bit more creative because it doesn't have to be

as like trending or clickbaity. So I think that this is really fun. I'm even thinking about

if anyone else is watching the latest few episodes of Stranger Things, man, there's a lot of interesting new conspiracy theories that could tie into that. So I kind of like looking at like history and myths and lore and how it shows up in pop culture and different pieces of media. So I, anyway, sorry that this isn't a new episode, but I was thinking last week, I'm like, how am I going to kill myself over the holidays and be able to put out a new episode and not be present for any of Christmas with my boyfriend's family? And then I was like, you know what? Why don't we just redo one of the Patreon episodes here? So thank you to everyone on Patreon for letting me do this. And if anyone does want to join Patreon,

overnight challenge. I'm so fascinated by these videos I see of people doing these heatless curls

overnight or putting on these patches in place of Botox where it smooths out your wrinkles

overnight or, you know, putting your hair in a silk bonnet or some sort of method so that way

it, you know, is beautiful when you wake up or fake tanning overnight or listening to brown

noise versus pink noise and having it help you sleep better. So basically in January,

it's going to be a month of all of these different A-B testing methods that we can do to

improve like our mind and our body inside and out as we sleep unconsciously because I love a

lazy girl method to kind of taking things to the next level. And we just finished undec the halls in December

over on Patreon, which was each day you go through and you take a little area of your house and

you just kind of organize it, declutter it. I feel like we all need something to do in these winter

months. And it's nice being like, okay, the silverware drawer or my shoes. Each day I'm going to
