It's election day today. You might have thought election day was November 3rd.

No, no, no, under the Constitution, you didn't even have a right to vote on November 3rd.

Only the electors have the right to pick the president and they could be picked by state legislatures.

So today we will see who the president elect is.

Today is also the day I continue to challenge YouTube, Google, and every other social media.

Take down my channel, YouTube, because I violated your policies.

I had somebody on the show saying he had doubts about the outcome of

the election. Take down my channel. If you take down my channel, see you in court. I will sue you so YouTube Google the ball is in your court.

Today is election day in the United States. You may have thought that election day was November 3rd

when almost 200 million people went to the polls

and sent in their mail ballots.

No, no, no, no, That's not even in the Constitution. It doesn't even

say in the Constitution that people get to vote for President of the United States.

Election day is when the elected for President of the United States.

Election Day is when the electors cast their vote for president.

That's today.

Today, the electors, who you voted for on November 3rd convene in their state capitals and

in Delaware it's in a gym in some places it's in the capital building and they cast their

votes and at the end of today the votes are sent to the Congress of the United States and they are counted on early January,

January 6th.

And the result is then read by the president of the Senate who on that day will still be Vice President Pence because the term of Vice President and President doesn't end until January 20th.

So we have the electoral college.
