It's an age where everything's digital.

Screens eat up our time, become a world of their own.

Masculinity has been called toxic.

Dating is a struggle.

45% aged 18 to 25 say that they have never asked a woman out on a date in person,

according to the survey from date psychology.

My next guest is hugely focused on all of this for his own sons and yours,

and he says that there is a way to turn this around. If I could say anything to young men,

it's that the anxiety and depression you will eventually feel in your basement sequestered from

other mammals is far greater than the

fear of anything that lays outside of that room for you. Get out of the f***in basement. Get off your

time. In some, get out, drink more, and make a series of bad decisions that might pay off.
