0:28.4	practical level and let's face it, it was a failure on a national level. Brexit, the unworkable
0:35.3	charge, the unmanageable problem, failed her. But she, in choosing to administer to the will of the
0:41.8	voters, actually failed the voters. She was honest throughout her speech, I believe her when she says,
0:47.6	It is and will always remain, a matter of deep regret to me, that I have not been able to deliver
0:54.6	Brexit. It will be for my successor to seek a way forward that honors the result of the referendum.
