Good morning. So today I'm going to answer one of your submitted questions.

This question comes in from Darla Sessling, and she asked the question that we see a lot.

Darla wrote, I have spent many years searching for my passion. I thought and thought about it

until my head felt like it was going to explode. I would beat myself up because I couldn't find

the answer. I would tangle my brain into a multitude of ideas and options. Why am I unable to find

my passion?

Well, Darla and everybody else

on the wild goose chase of trying to find your passion,

nobody finds their passion.

They practice it.

You don't wake up one morning with your passion

waiting for you, like a gift under the tree

on Christmas morning.

You gotta know by now that

Santa Claus is a myth. So finding your passion is not the answer. Passion is not found. Passion is

created. Passion is a product of action. You do whatever you're doing with your whole heart and mind.

You work at it. You work at getting better at it.

And in that process, over time, you start to realize how passionate you are about doing the thing

that you're doing well. You see, it is not the what you're doing that you're actually passionate about.

Steve Jobs wasn't passionate about electronics.
