Link below. Grab 16 rounds or head on over to the fantasy football counselor.com. I'm excited to dive in, guys, to this episode. But you guys, if you want all the answers, grab 16 rounds, okay? I'm getting ready. I'm having a pre-work out here. I usually have like a pre-work out here in the morning. It just gives me a little bit of a boost during the workout. I've been going through this fast and I fast at 4 p.m. and I don't eat till around 8.39 the next day, 16, 17 hour fast every single day, lost about 16 pounds, got rid of the body fat and I'm leaning up, building muscle. So, it's amazing. So I'm actually, if you guys want to DM me on Instagram, I'll offer some on that. I might do a program on it just to help people lose that weight and just get shape some mind motivation. So I'm thinking of doing that as well, helping people out because I wasn't happy looking in the mirror and I feel better now. So I want to just pass that forward to you guys. If you guys have been thinking about working out, I think it's great for you, okay? So let's dive into this. First round. Now, I just got out of a draft. I've actually done all four of my drafts. I'm kind of a six-hour slow draft right now. I've got like two more picks left in my final draft. Joe, why do you draft early? Because I like the early mover advantage. I like the discounts on sleepers.

2:21.5

I like drafting players I know are going to break out because they're in a good depth chart position or talent-wise before people catch on.

2:25.2

We saw last year, I was just talking to Walter football.

2:27.4

He's on the show.

2:28.8

And he's like, Joe, remember when we're talking about Emika and like his ADP, like, jumped?

2:33.5

And there's other players where a news breaks out and they're like ADP jumps two or three rounds like it's crazy. That's why I like to draft early. Mind you, there's an advantage of drafting closer to the season because you avoid potential injuries, stuff like that in the off season. You're more aware of who to draft, et cetera, right? But if you guys get 60 rounds, you know exactly what I'm talking about. So, back to it. First round, who I went with. Now, this video's labeled, like, who would I draft over Bi-JAN or Gibbs? Like, is there a player? And, yeah, there is. Here's a deal. You're not getting By- Jan or Gibbs, unless you draft for the top three picks. And frankly, like, in one league, I actually went third overall, and Bi Jan and Gibbs came off. So I had no shot at them anyway. So it's very unlikely you're going to get them. Typically, 12-person league, right? You got, what, 20, 15, 15 20% chance like your chances are very slim

3:26.0

of even getting them because they come off at one and two so who do you draft over them or

3:31.0

after them for that matter and in this case it's probably going to be after because you're going

3:35.0

to probably get the third overall pick sixth overall pick and in my case I had the 11th overall

3:39.7

pick so I'm grateful to get the guy that I got and And at the end of the day, I love By Jan and Gibbs. I think they're great talent. So this is not a knocking video. I love them. And to be honest with you, if I went first overall or second overall, I'd probably grab them too. Okay, I want to be straightforward with you and be honest with you about that. Gibbs is in a great position where he has a guy that's behind him who is a regression, a regression from Montgomery.

4:04.5

He is a discount compared to Monica. Montgomery was better than Pacheco is. I think Pacheco's

4:09.2

going to get his fair share of touch is, but it's going to be the Gibbs show. They understand

4:12.9

this now. They finally get the Gibbs is probably arguably the best running back in the NFL.

4:17.8

And I've been saying this from day one about Jemir Gibbs.

4:20.4

He was held back with Montgomery big time, especially his rookie season.

4:24.1

And I think he would have broken every rookie running back and every running back record in general.

4:30.2

Had Montgomery not taken over 140, 50, 60 attempts he's had over the past couple of years and the 10, 8, 10 touchdowns, whatever, he was hoarding away at the goal line. And I'm so glad that he's gone. And I'm so glad that Jemir Gibbs runs free. And I get, I love Gibbs. And I think he's got one of the highest ceilings in the NFL. By Jan also love him. Now, some people say, why do you call him by Jan? Because that's how you pronounce it. Buy as in biweekly. Jan is in Rannes and Tate as and Fan as in man. By, biweekly, B-I, Jan. Some people call him Bejan. What's is Jean. Jean could be in French, J-E-A-N or J-U-A-N. Like, it doesn't make
