Hey, welcome back, everybody. I got to tell you this has been Dan and I were talking

this morning and it has been, let me just tell you, okay, so we're talking about a lot

of different things. So I, the air conditioning went out here. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona.

It's been the longest string of 110 degree days that we've ever had. I've kind of mentioned

this before. Some of you have probably know this because you're part of the country is

also in somewhat of a state of turmoil. Well, of course, these are the times when things

start to break and when we got back from our vacation, we realized that the air conditioning

wasn't working on the main floor. It's going to sound like I live in a big house. We've

got about 2,000 square feet in the house and keep in mind my wife and I both work from

home. So a big chunk of that is, is dedicated to workspace. But there's two air conditioning

units, one of them for the very top floor that has my studio on it and has our bedroom.

And then the lower two floors, it's where our main living area to kitchen and then Nancy's

office down there. That's the one that went out on us. So we're either confined to the

very top level or which is unfeasible for work or we had to get a hotel room. So of course,

now we've got a hotel room. We stayed at, we're staying at the Valley Ho, which one of my

very good friends and some of you guys know him, Ken Madden, comes to town every year to

do this big teaky festival and he always stays to the Valley Ho. And I got to tell you, I was,

when I would go because we went and had dinner with him a few months ago when he was in town,

I always looked at that place and I thought it's very nice. It's kind of like 50s chic.
