Summary

The Bundesliga continues to deliver, with positive results for all of our beloved teams - Borussia Dortmund, Hertha Berlin, Bayer Leverkusen and FC Koln - as well as big wins for Bayern Munich and RB Leipzig. Such merciful release.

Back in rumourland Mauricio Pochettino is making it clear that he’d be happy to manage in the Premier League again and those Rafa Benitez to Newcastle rumours just aren’t going away.

Elsewhere we saw many pleasing examples of footballers with lockdown hair, there’s some confusing talk about kestrels and we review Goal 3. Oh. Goal 3. Everyone involved should be ashamed of themselves.

Well, hello everybody. Welcome to the football ramble on football ramble daily. My name is Marcus Speller. I am Jim Campbell. I'm Luke Moore and I'm Julio Johnson.

0:12.0

What a beautiful bank holiday everybody. Making the use of the time off, I we certainly are. We're bringing you another football ramble. Good to have you with me guys, even if it's remotely Peter.

0:35.0

It is good. I've got I'm doing on my bank holiday chores. I'm leaf blowing. I am pressure washing. I've got a leaf blower set up next to a pressure washer and they're just going. They're going at it. They're battling. It's brilliant. I'm I'm laying on bets, which one's going to explode first?

0:51.0

It's like God's liver versus mothra.

0:53.0

Yeah, it's fantastic. For those unaware with your domestic situation, Pete, you live in a flat, don't you? And it's not autumn. So presumably you reported these leaves.

1:01.0

Well, no, actually, I think you'll find that Peter has has escaped London back to his native northeast as his style. I stopped off at my popular school trip destination, Barnard Castle.

1:17.0

Yeah, but Pete, Pete, as long as you were following the science home, then I'm sure it was absolutely fine. I was. Yeah. I tell you what, I've peaked at that. The big story wouldn't be. I can't believe he's done this. It would be. Why did Pete need childcare?

1:29.0

Yeah. Why did the lady let him do that? And also I can't drive so many crimes. Yeah. We should move on very swiftly there, Peter, before we lose you to jail.

1:42.0

Oh, yeah, man. Well, absolutely. Well, we enjoyed Peter. You very much enjoyed the Berlin Derby, of course, on Friday night. Your beloved herter, but union four, nil, easy, peasy.

1:55.0

I've just like having been awarded this team that I've seen what you chose them couldn't stand. I was I think I was awarded them.

2:02.0

You chose them, but I think I do believe. Yeah, they did very well. I didn't choose them. I think they were chosen for me by an email if you're a market.

2:09.0

But yes, now, San choice, San sure apparently is up there with messy for goal involvements this season. There's a new metric under lockdown. Someone's covered with goal involvements.

2:21.0

Yeah. Got when you say an email or chose it again, you don't have to let the email as be your overlords. Yeah, Pete, can I just chime in on this? Yeah. One, you definitely a hundred percent chosen.

2:34.0

Yeah. Pretty sure you did it live on the show. Yeah. And so, and you also said that you've seen them before you didn't like them and it was rubbish.

2:41.0

Yeah. But you chose anyway, which meant we're last. And secondly, San should play for herter Berlin.

2:48.0

No, I think Peter was making a wider point. Even for you, Peter, this is a tangled web quite early. I was trying to move off. Sorry. No, no, no, hang on. I think you'll find I think you'll find that the Jaden San show does actually play for herter Berlin. And I don't have the facts at hand.

3:04.0

I think he's a, you know, if he believes that, then, then, you know, and play for more long. And I mean, what are football teams anyway? You know, they're just a collection of people. Jaden San should is a person. And I get as Pete is Pete active legally within.

3:19.0

I'm not going to take any further questions. No further questions on Pete Donald. Look at, look, look, look, look, look, look, look, look, look, look. I believe he's acted as any, as any, as any, as any football fan would reasonably.

3:32.0

Yeah, exactly. And with integrity. Exactly. Jaden San shows English, Pete's English. What's the problem here? Can we move on? Okay. Right. It was 4-0, though. Okay. That is a fact. That was true. So no further questions on my integrity.

3:45.0

And bat Peter, your favorite and mine, Mateusz Kunya, with another nice goal. He scored a lovely one. I described it as Peter and Louis in the first game.

3:56.0

He scored another nice little curler into the corner. Would you say there's also an onion though? I mean, I don't want to move on to the dark one. Most of our match. But yeah, it was, it was an excellent goal. And there are going to be a lot of, because the eyes of the entire world are on the Bundesliga at the moment. There's going to be a lot of footballers getting picked up at the end of the class.

4:14.0

Yeah. And the class season, whenever that might actually happen. I have to say, I do, I do like und lovey and as a, as a description of a goal. It's got, it sounds almost like lovecraftian, you know, it's got a sort of quite, it's got a gravitas to it.
