One of the bills, named the Prohibiting Deceptive Practices at Anti-Abortion Centers

Act, takes direct aim at pregnancy resource centers, which have been serving women across

the country for decades, giving them free pregnancy tests, prenatal care, parenting classes,

baby clothes, diapers, and more.

Referring to these centers as, quote unquote, anti-abortion, is an attempt to paint them

Left unaddressed in this and every politically motivated attack lately on pregnancy resource

centers is where women facing a crisis pregnancy could go to find care and help if they didn't

exist, according to a recent survey of planned parenthood clinics across the US, only 5%

offered services that could be called prenatal care.

Calling pregnancy resource centers anti-abortion centers as a form of propaganda, it attempts

to portray abortion as the normative option, and having a baby as the unthinkable option.
