0:18.1	Today we're going to be covering the Rachel Marin case. The trial started on Friday. The testimony
0:24.8	is continuing today. We know what this case is about, but I'll just refresh your memory.
0:32.4	The trial of Rachel Morin's alleged killer has brought disturbing new information to late.
0:38.7	An attorney for the family told News Nation, including details about his behavior after her death.

1:54.0	Why would he be selecting or searching these things on Google, according to the attorney? He really had no contact or no connection with her. Other evidence brought up a trial includes DNA evidence indicating that Marin was assaulted. That DNA links Hernandez to the crime, according to prosecutors.
2:05.3	The defense appears to be trying to suggest that Marine's boyfriend could have been involved,
2:09.6	pointed to a smash phone, and suggesting it was evidence of a crime of passion.
2:14.7	The attorney Rice said that the attempt is likely to fall flat based on a lack of supporting evidence.
2:20.8	It's pretty disturbing for the family of Rachel Marin to listen to that type of defense.
2:29.1	But one of the things that we spoke about was they discovered this was a sketch made from the video from the assault
