we started a month ago with Luke Derbidge and with Tom Southram. We're going to be talking to

Luke Durbage this week. Tom Southam is busy over the Vuelter Burgos. So Durbo and I are going to be unpacking what happened at those super worlds. Amazing world championships, the men's race and the women's race, plus all those other events, the mountain biking, the track. We didn't get into the BMX and all those other great events. We try to cover as much as we could, but then we're talking about what's coming up,

the Volta of Spaniard, and of course I throw a little quiz in at the end too to trip Derbo up. I love chatting to Durbo. One of my old teammates, he's riding on Jako Alula this year. so guys sit back and enjoy this is the podcast presented by raffar but of course this is the race

So that's why I chose two of you. When we can get the clan back together, the three of us, the three amigos, it's great, but the rest of the time it's just going to be the you know the duo um whether it's you and i or me and tom so
