and that is to reveal. I believe that you cannot change your heel what you don't first reveal. Your broken heart today

may feel like there's no hope. Feel like there's no hope of ever healing. But I want you to take

courage. Yes, things will get messy, especially when emotions are involved. And during the

process, it might be wise to take some time to yourself as individuals. Sometimes your heart
