Facebook group, the Overwhelmed Brain Empowerment Group on Facebook, that something happened at work. They said it hit me pretty hard with some kind of trauma response.

We had a potluck they've been involved in at the company and they all brought different dishes to celebrate and it was to start at a specific time.

They went on to say, I only wanted a little of my own dish as I used to work in food services and I'm really weird about eating other people's food that they have made at home.

Yeah, I hear you. They said, I'm a germophobe for sure. I also didn't want to explain this and be judged as I have been before in life.

So I went into the break room early to get a little bit of food that I had made before it was picked through.

Then a person that works in the office walked in and stated that it wasn't time and I had to put it in the back or put it back because the owner would be mad if I started early. I explained that putting
