And today we're going to be talking about the quickest path to finding your authenticity.

The word authenticity gets thrown around a lot in spiritual and personal growth circles, which is fair enough because authenticity is key to establishing appropriate, fulfilling friendships, romantic relationships, and a career that you actually enjoy.

It's the essence of soul alignment and the best foundation from which to set intentions

and goals, but as a concept, it can feel a bit abstract.

And in practice, too, it can be difficult to discern what your authentic self looks

and feels like when there are so many aspirational ideas and images and role models on TV and

online and in magazines. And it's all so appealing but is it you?

Yeah, those six-pack abs look good, but there's a whole lifestyle behind having six-pack abs.

And who doesn't want to be a seven-figure life coach? I mean, most of us

don't want to be a seven-figure life coach because the things we would have to do to get there

are not aligned with our soul's calling. They're not authentic. And yet, how many of us have tried to go down a path like that only to then end up

beating up on ourselves when we just couldn't hang with it. Maybe we couldn't hang with it

because it was not authentic for us. Maybe it's authentic for that coach that is selling that program,

but it's not authentic to you and who you actually came to this planet to be. Authenticity can

seem like something we need to put on to attract our ideal partner or to make more sales
