dealt with being at a very unfamiliar situation, once we've dealt with X, Y, Z, fill in the blanks,

you know your own personal history. Those experiences are what made you strong, what gave you

self-trust, which is the foundation of inner peace.

Trusting, you know what? I got it. I'm going to be okay. I figure things out. Look at the past as
