My name is Debbie Boyd and I am the mother of Christie Wilson.

Debbie raised her daughter's Christie and Stacy near Silicon Valley in Northern California.

When Christie was five years old, Debbie met Pat, who had a daughter of his own.

They soon married and the two households became one.
