So now a really inspirational story of a girl who not only broke into the world of chess,

where men were kings, but she made history, becoming the youngest grandmaster ever at the age of just 15.

Judith Polgar faced off against Gary Kasparov later in her career, but still as a very young woman,

and she was the first woman to defeat a world champion. This is all from the new documentary Queen

of Chess. Playing gasped off like playing Larry Bird or Michael Jordan. I was dreaming to win against

Gary Casparro. We played several games against each other. She was going blow for blow with the greatest chess player of all time.

This is a dogfight.

The game is never finished until it really finished.

I mean, I'm dying to see this already.

Judith Fulgar, Hungarian chess Grandmaster is here with me now, along with Rory Kennedy,

the director of Queen of Chess on Netflix next month.

Rory, welcome to you, Judith.

Rory, let me just start with you quickly.

How did you get involved in this story?

What made you want to direct this?

Yeah, well, I was approached by a friend of ours, Steve Nemeth, who had known of Judith's story and had been in conversations, and he asked me if I might be interested. I jumped into the research, and I was totally blown away when I read about this woman who had been the number one female player in the world for 26 years.

And she was the youngest grandmaster, as you say, she was the youngest grandmaster ever.

She was shattering Bobby Fisher's record.

And she was the only woman ever to break through the top ten.

And I thought, how is it?

I don't play chess, but I know of Bobby Fisher.
