0:51.8	Okay. So how did you get started in all this?
0:53.8	Well my grandmother needed assisted living and we were looking for a place for her, was
0:58.6	disgusted by the options and knew that there needed to be something better.
1:03.0	My dad had been a real estate investor for 40 years and so we kind of put two and two together
1:07.2	and jumped right into the world of residential assisted living.
1:10.6	Wow, so why were the options so discussing back then?
1:13.0	Oh my goodness, I mean even still now if you walk into some of these facilities
1:16.6	the care is bad they'll have 30 seniors to one caregiver.
1:21.0	Wow, one person can't take care of 30 people.
