we'll only find true joy and peace when we pursue him first.

I mean, I remember going to bed at night and being so miserable that I wished it was time to

get up. And then when I got up, I was so miserable that I wished it was time to go to bed.

And that's a pretty good-sized case of misery. Maybe you've never had it that bad,

but, and it wasn't because of my circumstances. It really wasn't. It was because I didn't,

wasn't right in here. So I was a child of God. I was on my way to heaven, and I was legally

a citizen of the kingdom of God, but I was not living in the kingdom.

I went to church, but I did not know who I was in Christ.

I spent more time guilty and condemned that I did any other thing.

I did not like myself.

I did not have a good relationship with myself.

I did not have peace and I did not have joy.

And I'm here to tell you and anybody else that wants to listen

that I don't care what you have,

if you don't have righteousness, peace, and joy,
