And today we are talking about the psychology of infidelity.

You know, why do people cheat?

We cover three main reasons.

This happens based on what the research says.

Who is most likely to take a cheater back?

There's an interesting theory around a specific attachment

style and really how people on all sides of infidelity can understand themselves and others better

so they can make decisions that hopefully prevent these heartbreaking situations in the future

as much as possible. So, you know, whether you have been cheated on, you did the cheating,

you're the person somebody cheated with, whatever it might be. We're hoping this episode brings a lot

of clarity to these types of situations today. And look, if someone who was cheated on when I was

younger and was completely devastated by it, I understand that this is a really sensitive topic and it can be

very easy to demonize people who make the decision to cheat on someone. I get it. So whether you have

been hurt in this way or you are the one who cheated and you feel shame around it, you know,

perhaps you've left someone who cheated. Perhaps you're staying with
