or maladaptive perfectionism. We're not saying that anybody who is excited to do things at a high

standard or your goal to achieve excellence at something is a problem. It's not for everybody.

So adaptive perfectionism can involve, you know, setting high standards and striving for excellence,

but you have flexibility.

You are less critical in your approach to making mistakes or having unmet expectations.

On the other end of the spectrum, maladaptive perfectionism, is marked by unrealistic expectations,
