| 1:20.9 | So adaptive perfectionism can involve, you know, setting high standards and striving for excellence, |
| 1:27.2 | but you have flexibility. |
| 1:29.3 | You are less critical in your approach to making mistakes or having unmet expectations. |
| 1:35.0 | On the other end of the spectrum, maladaptive perfectionism, is marked by unrealistic expectations, |
