Where do you get your protein? If you're vegan, no doubt you've been asked that more than once. Our protein obsessed culture prides itself on eating mountains of chicken and beef to make sure we're getting enough of it. But the truth is most of us are already eating way too much protein. And you don't need meat to get it anyway!
