It's been a crazy few months, but I'm glad we're still doing this.

I'm glad we are, too.

And I'm glad that the NHL has given us a little bit to talk about and write about, I say a little bit, a lot during kind of what's been a quiet period of real life kind of hockey talk in the draft lottery.

And so when this, we're just full transparency for the listener.

We're recording this early in the weeks.

So we're still kind of smarting from the lottery.

At least I am.

What happened and can't believe what happened.

I don't think I realized Scott, and I saw these tweets kind of, I think Arpin was the first

to mention it.

I saw my timeline.

I don't think I realized how likely this was, the odds of this happening, a team placeholder winning, actually was.

Like, I'm not sure I realized that going into this thing.
