My beloved brothers and sisters, we praise Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala, we send blessings and salutations upon Muhammad,

Salallahu Alaihi wa Salam, his household, his companions, we ask Allah to bless them all and to grant them from his blessings to bless every one of us and to grant us the best of this world in the next.

My brothers and sisters, one of the biggest favours upon us is the fact that we are part of the followers of Muhammad Ibn Abdullah,

Salallahu Alaihi wa Salam, he was sent as a mercy and he was sent not just as a mercy to mankind but to entire creation.

Wa ma'ar Rasallahu ala Rahmatalli l-Alamin

And we have not sent you except as a mercy to all the creation, to all the worlds, basically, to all species and to every creature of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala.

So if we were to study the life of Muhammad Salallahu Alaihi wa Salam, fairly from the beginning to the end, we would see the mercy.

He taught us all the goodness that we have, he taught us justice, he taught us absolute humility, he taught us every sweetness, goodness, everything that is upright and positive, and he taught us to abstain from negativity, bitterness.

He taught us to abstain from that which is harmful and all forms of negativity.

My brothers, my sisters, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says he has favoured us by sending us from amongst us a messenger who teaches us, who reads the verses for us, who purifies us, who gives us the guidance.

Mubin, Allah says at the end of that verse that even though the people were before that in misguidance, in clear misguidance, so people before that were in misguidance as a result Allah sent out of his favour to us.

A messenger from amongst us who recited the verses of Allah, who cleansed us in the sense that his teachings would purify us if we followed them, and he gave us every form of goodness.

He taught us what was right, what was wrong, and that was the blessing of Allah.

And this is why Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala says something about the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.

The Prophet Muhammad used to feel hurt when the people of Quraysh used to utter bad words about him, or accuse him, or belive him, not believe him, or say that which is false, false accusation, and so much more, and it used to hurt him, and Allah Subhanahu wa Ta'ala tells him quite clearly.

These are the verses at the end of Surat Al-Hijr.

We have protected you from the scoffing and the mocking of all those who want to mock and who want to scoff.

5:02.1

Those who want to make a joke out of you, we have protected you, your reputation, we have protected the religion of Allah from those people, what you have come with.

5:15.1

SubhanAllah, they will never be able to harm your reputation or messenger, that is what Allah says.

5:22.1

They will not be able to harm your reputation or messenger.
