It's projection season talking through some of the most interesting takeaways from my first 15 team projections.

as you know because i've been messaging you over the weekend i've been deep in the lab on projections

i've got 15 teams done,

been really grinding through them at a little bit of a quicker pace than usual, which doesn't

mean they're taking any less time. I often get asked, how long do these take? At least an hour

team. You really got to, for me, like, I'm endlessly curious. I love this process because it

causes me to test things I didn't

even know I believed and go look at the data and think through how I expect the team to

operate and and how good they'll be. And it's a very thorough process for me. I have to answer a lot

of different questions about the usage and the efficiency of a lot of different questions about the usage and the

efficiency of a lot of different players and the overall volume for a team just to get one

team's projection done. A lot of numbers go into that. And I want to be able to defend every

little number that I put in. So I spend a lot of time on it. So yeah, it's been a long weekend.

I'm a little bit wired. I was telling you before the show, just bouncing through all of these different numbers. But when we talk about the projections this time of year, every year, you like to discuss them on the show a little bit. You've, the last couple of years, like to ask me some questions about things that I've found or things that I'm uncovering or digging into when I go through this process.

And I always really enjoy that as well.

So I've been sending you some notes about things that I thought were interesting.

Some of the takes that we've discussed showing up, I think, in my actual projections as very viable.

Some other stuff, maybe harder to see.
