This story begins with an ending.

On the evening of July 20th, 1993, Vince Foster was found dead by a gunshot wound.

At the top of an earthen berm in Fort Marcy Park.

A life cut short in a picture-esque wooded park, ten minutes outside of the US Capitol.

He was found by someone walking through the park who then called the US Park Police.

And EMTs responded to the scene.

And the corner then arrived and pronounced Foster dead and his body was removed.

A body, anonymous, housed in an expensive willen suit.
