Good morning. This is the Baseball Tonight podcast for Tuesday, October 7th, 2025.

My name is Jorge Castillo. I am filling in for Buster Only from my apartment here in New York City,

where the Toronto Blue Jays will look to eliminate the New York Yankees in Game 3 of the American League Division Series.

We'll have that game on ESPN Radio, and our guy Tim Kirchard is going to join us on the pod later on.

We'll start off with game two, Dodgersgers Phillies in Philadelphia last night where Blake

Snell had it rolling early until Amundo Sosa broke up his no-hitter in the fifth inning.

The pitch. Swanging the liner, softly hit into right center. That's down for Baysette.

Sosa becomes the first man to get a knock tonight against Blake Snell.

And the Phillies have a man on with two down in the fifth.

The game remains scoreless until the seventh inning with Gika Hernandez hit a slow roller to shortstop Tray Turner,

whose throw home was just off target, allowing Teoska Hernandez to score with a nice slide.

Later in the inning, Will Smith delivered a dagger.

And the pitch.

Swanging a line, driving the left field down for a base hit.
