I've got a five-ton trailer of anger and resentment, and I need relief

now. Now, I see your book on the shelf, and I pick it up and I start leafing through it madly

Well, I don't know that there's any sentence anyone can say that it's going to quickly and

undo and change years, what has taken years to get to that point. So I think we need to realize in a sense there

are no quick fixes. But I do believe that through the process of forgiveness, there is a means
