You see, striving for excellence is a worthy endeavor, but being a

perfectionist is really a psychological disorder. It's an anxiety disorder. There's

no such thing as perfect. So perfectionists are pursuing what cannot

be. What's worse is that perfectionists overlook all the positives that are around them. Instead they constantly focus on their imperfections.

They view themselves so critically that they're usually stressed, depressed, anxious,

and thinking, I'm not good enough, I suck.
