0:41.3 | So many of us have been programmed to automatically say, fine, even when we're not fine. |

0:55.2 | how are you? Fine. How are you doing? Again, it's just become sort of ingrained for us. |

1:38.4 | They may even feel like their current situation is too painful or uncomfortable and they're trying to avoid talking |

2:04.5 | having no problems. There's just this expectation and then we just keep it up. We just keep up that facade. There could also be a fear that other |
