| 0:46.0 | struggling with, and that is sleeplessness, sleeplessness, the problem of sleeplessness in our |
| 0:52.4 | country. And a lot of times studies show that it's in the midst of the |
| 0:57.0 | holidays that people's sleep is is really challenged and it's upsetting because their schedules are |
| 1:05.8 | different. They're traveling and eating so much sugar and things and staying up late watching television and all that that they |
| 1:13.1 | have a hard time sleeping. But besides that, and Merry Christmas, besides that, this show could |
| 1:20.2 | be listened to it any time during the year because I think as a whole, we are really a people |
| 1:26.4 | who struggle with sleep. |
| 1:27.8 | And sleep is so very important in our lives. |
| 1:31.6 | Sleep is great for weight loss. |
| 1:35.3 | Sleep is great for a sense of well-being in your thinking. |
| 1:39.9 | Sleep contributes to autophagy, which is the cleansing of the cells and the rebuilding of the structures within. |
