2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I'm walking right now, and I would love to have

steps a day and lost 130 pounds.

It was an amazing transformation.

One of my favorite walking stories ever involves a woman named Jessica Slaughter, who was in her late 70s.

She had a doctor's appointment.

Doctor said, you are heading towards diabetes.

Jessica didn't like that.

So she determined to make some changes.

And she began walking in her apartment, small apartment, one or two bedrooms,
