Corporate restructuring isn't something that ever thought I'd have to worry myself with when I launched Students for Life in 2006 and began organizing young people on college campuses.

To me, and probably most people, it kind of sounds like pulling teeth.

Kind of is.

But a lot has changed in the 18 years since as we've grown up from a small organization

with a handful of team members and students for life groups across the country to an organization

now with more than 1,400 groups that we have the honor to serve and more than $20 million

that's entrusted annually to us to grow this generation.

Not only that, but those students that we've trained and we brought into the pro-life movement are still, many of them are still fighting alongside us,

even though they no longer can classify themselves as a student for life anymore, probably myself

included here. Needless to say, the kind of rapid growth we've experienced is never easy.

So in order to ensure that we maintain maximum efficacy in our work and that what we're doing,

we've decided to add students for life and students for life action do something different.

To create an umbrella organization, if you will, of all of our

entities and programs that we offer. The name of this new entity, drum roll please,

ProLife Generation, probably guessed it. As CEO of Pro Life Generation, I can assure you that nothing

will change with what we do every day at Students for Life of America life generation, I can assure you that nothing will change with what we do every day

at Students for Life of America on campuses, serving those who speak up for the most vulnerable

in the womb, who change hearts and minds and transform their campus policies.

In fact, I pray we grow Students for Life of America rapidly as we just launched a five-year plan to get

a Students for Life group with every four-year college in America. Our work at Students for Life

Action will continue of mobilizing this pro-life generation to get to state capitals and get here

in Washington, D.C., to hold political leaders' feet to the fire, even if they have an
