Joe Bryan sits in his cell.

He's been arrested and charged with murdering his wife, Mickey Brian. He and his defense team

have spent hundreds of hours asking and answering questions so they can fully flesh out what their

defensive strategy will be. They're quizzing me every day at the law firm, but what about so and so or what about, you know, whatever

is we were talking about and I'm getting more frustrated every day with what's going on.

And then they finally told me, hey look,

we're defending you and we believe in you.

We don't believe you killed Mickey.

And that meant a lot from me to hear that from them.

And they told me if they thought that I had killed Mickey, they would have told me they thought so.

They said, we don't, we do not believe you did.

Nothing indicates that you did it.

Now they're going to say all these kind of things

that your trials to try to convince the jury that you did it.
