Hello, everyone, and welcome to another edition of the Mahal Lowdown.

I'm Jeff Lauderback, and I'm a national reporter for the Epic Times and Make America Healthy again movement proponent.

And I'm going to share my story about that, how I got involved in that in this segment, this show, which includes three 17-minute segments.

And I'm gone solo today because I have a variety of topics to talk

about. And the overall theme of the show today is apathy and faith, wellness, and politics

slash advocacy. And that really relates to a lot of Maha related topics.

And we're also going to talk a little bit about how apathy relates to voting.

Today is the Ohio primary.

And May 19th is the Kentucky primary.

I'm covering the Ohio primary here of Of particular interest is the Secretary of State

race between Marcel Sturbich, who's a political outsider, and Robert Sprague, who's a longtime

politician, and we're going to get into that. May 19th, covering the Thomas Massey, Ed Galrine primary,

which Thomas Massey is a congressman in Kentucky. He leads the charge on a lot of Maha initiatives

in Congress. And those of you who know, many of you who listen to this show are Maha proponents.

So you know that he's a conservative independent, more of a libertarian slash independent.

And he votes, if you look at the congressional records, he does vote with President Trump,

about 90% of the time,

but the 10% of the time he doesn't has drawn President Trump's hire and millions upon

millions of dollars have been spent in the Kentucky congressional primary to really rail

against Massey and build up Ed Galrine.

Who is an interesting candidate, and we'll get into that.
