Summary

She has sacrificed much throughout her career as gave up being a secular artist and focused solely on being a Christian artist. She has toured with Lauren Daigle, she has toured all over the world. We explore the price that comes with walking in the power of God. There's a journey of suffering and sacrifice that many ignore, but it is necessary to become more like Christ.

0:11.1	Welcome to another episode of Bible Center with Victor Jackson. I'm super excited. We have gone
0:18.4	through the Gospel of Matthew verse by verse, breaking it down
0:23.1	verse by verse. We were about to wrap up that series. We're wrapping up Matthew chapter 26.
0:29.1	We only have two more chapters to go. And we have seen some incredible things in the Word of God
0:36.9	in the life of Jesus.
0:39.5	One of the things that we keep on talking about in the Gospel of Matthew is that it was
0:45.6	written to the Jews to persuade them that Jesus was the Christ and that He is the fulfillment
0:53.8	of everything that they have been praying for.
0:58.3	And so he keeps saying, and it was fulfilled, as Isaiah said, and it was fulfilled.
1:03.6	And throughout Matthew, with this journey of fulfillment, people like to think that it's a rosy road and this beautiful,
1:14.6	oh, Jesus, he's the Lamb of God, He's God manifested in the flesh.
1:19.3	Like, he's supposed to have this easy life.
1:22.9	Like, if anyone should have it easy, it should be Jesus who was perfect, fully God and fully man.
1:30.5	But we see throughout his journey nonstop conflict, nonstop detours.
1:39.2	His hometown is trying to throw him off the cliff because he believes in the word in his life. Isn't that
1:47.0	incredible? All the processes, the friction with family, not understanding his calling. They said,
1:55.3	hey, he is beside himself. He was doing so many miracles. He said, he's beside himself. He's
1:59.7	going crazy. He's left his carpentry job and he's just doing ministry, healing people like, hey man,
2:06.6	you get to get back to work.
2:08.6	And a lot of that resonates with all of us because it's crazy to follow a dream.
