Let me start this off by asking you a hard question. Do you actually know what playing small is

costing you? Because it's not just about the money that you're leaving on the table, though that is a

big part of it, obviously, but it's also the clients who never find you because you're being

too quiet or humble. It's also the clients who never find you because you're being too quiet or humble.

It's also the opportunities that pass you by because you don't raise your hand.

And then the influence that you say that you want but can't claim because you are hiding.

And before you think to yourself, this isn't me.

I'm proud of what I do.

I own my brilliance.

I'm not afraid of being seen.

What you need to understand is most of us do not even realize that we are blocking

ourselves.

So you might have done work on your visibility before.

You might have gotten a bit more comfortable being seen and being a bit more audacious.

But as you grow, there's new levels to this. There's new levels of acceptance.

There's new levels of visibility. There's new levels of visibility.

So this is something that I have found I have to do consistently because being seen and heard by,

let's say, five or 10,000 people is very different than being seen and heard by 50,000 or 100,000 or for some of you and some of us,

eventually a million or maybe even right now a million depending on how your content is

performing. So what you need to understand is this is an ongoing process and practice that we get to work on

as women of influence and women who are here to play a bigger game and serve people,

but in order to serve, we must be seen.
