| 1:22.0 | there'll be disclosure and it can be broad and so on. |

| 1:31.0 | in the sense that it wasn't well reasoned it wasn't conceptually |
| 1:35.3 | coherent and I don't think the majority or maybe very few of the Supreme Court |
| 1:42.0 | justices have thought very much about disclosure and the |
| 1:46.0 | new world they created with citizens united and they need to do that because actually things have changed a great deal. |
| 1:55.0 | The speech that was freed up in Citizens United, it's not subject to the same kind of disclosure for the same reasons. |
