Just before I asked the question, just wanted to pass the condolences on after the Sad boss of Betty yesterday to his family and all of the Celtic family so very sad to see that but

the question to you ang you spoke at the start of the season about this being a

long-term project and the project has different phases to say maybe phase one was the summer window getting the players in

and then behind the scene was bringing in guys like Anton Lacow going into the sports science department

as we approach phase two of this with the January transfer window coming what do you see as the focuses for yourself and your team

both on and off the park as we interface to the project?

Yeah, so I guess from my perspective, even though, as you said, I mean, I go into every sort of new opportunity or new job with a vision for the long term, but not totally understanding there's some short-term objectives we need to attain as well, particularly at a club like this.

So, you know, I was very reticent to sort of talk too much about sort of the medium and

long-term objectives of the club because I didn't want people to think that we were

dismissing what was before us. And as we all know, the early part of the season is a really important part of the club because I didn't want people to think that we were dismissing what was before us.
