It's going to be an interesting show.

I'm your host, Jake Burns.

We have to do what I hate to do every year but i think it's a necessary task we

look at i talk about all the time how we look at our team through orange and brown color glasses right

like optimism reigns supreme in every off season and why not you know everybody in your life

there's to me two types of people there's energy givers and energy takers optimism reigns supreme in every off season. And why not? You know, everybody in your life,

there's to me two types of people. There's energy givers and energy takers. I prefer to surround myself with as many energy giving type people as I can possibly find. I think that's a great goal to

have in life. There are unfortunately going to be takers. And I use that analogy for the situation

of what fun is it in the off season to be a taker, you know, to say the team's going to suck. To say this is going to go wrong, that's going to go wrong. Most of us don't do that. Most of us don't live in that world because it's a pretty boring and terrible world to be in. It's just a, it's an energy draining to tie it back sort of scenario. So we all look at this with optimism.

How are team, you ignore the negative. You ignore the things that could go wrong.
