Oh, thank you very much for having me. Delighted to be here. So today we're going to talk.

So this is going to be a two-part series on my podcast on Prominitions and Precognitions, sparked by a viewer who reached out to me to share some of her

stories and clearly she had had some premonitions and it got me curious what's this all about.

I started Googling and the first thing that came up was your and Dr. Mossbridge's book.

And so you are clearly the expert on this. So I'm excited to

have you here to talk about it. Well, I'm excited to be here too. It's a huge topic. So can you

start by talking to me about the difference between a precognition versus a premonition because I know sometimes

they're used interchangeably but there is a slight difference between them.

Basically it's all the same. It's the ability to sense or know or see what's in the future.

Precognition tends to be in dreams, precognitive dreaming. A premonition tends to happen maybe when you're awake.
