Wallace sitting where we are today on the precipice of a generational moment in American

history. One could be excused for thinking, just get on with it already. But this afternoon's

developments in Donald Trump's Hush Payment scandal make it perfectly clear. The Manhattan

DA Alvin Bragg is following his own timeline, not that of the American public, elected officials

or even the twice impeached disgraced former president. The Manhattan Grand Jury did meet

again today at noon, unlike yesterday. But reporting indicates they met about a different

case. While the situation is extraordinarily fluid and a vote on a Trump indictment

still seems imminent, it appears likely that Monday will be the next time the grand jury

meets on the matter of Hush Money paid to an adult film actress. The more we wait though,

the more the pressure builds. The more Donald Trump disseminates new violent rhetoric, while

he appeared to be spending his day golfing alongside actor John Voit, his true social

feet on the other hand, illustrated a full on meltdown. Never afraid of a little all

caps dishonesty. Trump today called DA Bragg a quote, sorrows backed animal, doing the work

of anarchists and the devil, adding this is the Gestapo, Russia, China, but worse. Such

over the top hyperbole might be a punchline if he didn't have a proven track record of

instigating violent discontent among his supporters, which is why what he said next should

concern every single one of us. Because Trump later insisted not just Bragg, but all of

the prosecutors and special counsels handling the four major Trump-focused investigations.

People like Jack Smith, Leticia James, Fanny Willis, all of them should be removed immediately.

Local state and federal law enforcement were already on guard ahead of a possible indictment,

but that job may have just been made more difficult as Trump's most misguided supporters
