Yes, but we don't just grow potatoes. We actually rotate different crops to help keep the soil healthy. So we eat McCain chips

It's just brilliant book. So you've got so many amazing women here from all over the globe and

Can you take us through a few of your categories and where you even start writing a book like this?

Well, I mean Kate you know where this book started it was it was partly because I was publishing a novel

Into the lockdown and I really enjoy going out and meeting readers and listening to what people think about my books

And I wasn't going to be able to do any of that

So I just did that thing. I asked a couple of friends you were one of them

And everybody gave me some answers and I thought oh this is really wonderful because it felt very bleak
