We're joined by Patricia Magdizuma, the mother of worship artist Stephen Magdizuma.

We all grew up in the same church.

We were all in your Sunday school class.

So you don't mind.

Kind of just take us through some of the timeline.

How did you grow up?

What was life like for you growing up? And when did you meet the Lord? What was it like before you

met the Lord? And wherever you really want to go in terms of the testimony. Amen. Well, I'll go all the

way back. What my mother told me, probably I was maybe seven months old,

and I had a crazy uncle.

And my mom tells me that he decided to come and shoot up.

I don't even think you guys know this.

Our house where we live and we're little.

And mom tells me that that bullet went right by me.

Didn't take my life.

God knew why.

Look, we're here today, but that's how my little childhood began.

Also, no dad in the home.
