But as you're in the middle of this challenge, you know, this is a little bit like a race that requires endurance. And it reminds me of a time a few years ago, I had the

thought. I thought, I want to be a runner. Because partly when I look at runners, they look

happy to me. You know, they got a pep in their step. They usually have colorful clothes on,

they're running, and they just like, look like they're enjoying. I'm talking about real runners,

okay? Like, you know, fake runners or grinders. You know, I'm talking about the person that's out

there just running. I'm like, I want to be a runner. Anybody ever thought, I want to be a runner? No, just me. Okay. So I went to a running store

because I'm like, if I'm going to be a runner, I've got to get some really good running shoes. That's

the way to start, buy some expensive running shoes, and that'll help me run better. So I went to the

running store, and the guy sits me down. He actually has this little computer and looks at my foot and how off balance it is.

And then he says, okay, well, tell me a little bit more about you. Are you a runner? I said,

no, I'm starting now. He's like, oh, I know you. You've been here before. There are people just like

you that come in here all the time wanting to get nice shoes to start running, thinking that will help them be a runner. So I got some advice for you,

he says. My encouragement to you is to start with two miles. So start running with two miles. Once you

got two miles, go to three. Once you're comfortable with three, go to four. Once you got four,

go to five. And so I did that. And it worked. So I got to five miles. And it was great. Like I could go out, I could go for a run, five miles, be done in two hours.
