Today, I want to talk about the power and success that comes from your ability to execute.

What am I mean by that, execute?

I'm talking about your ability to make things happen in your business.

So you're a leader. You wouldn't be listening to me if you weren't. Now as a leader, when you lead a team, you really have to have three main responsibilities.

You have to create that vision for the organization, you know, for what it is that you plan to accomplish, right?

Secondly, you have to have enough conviction and passion around that vision to enroll other

people on your team to get behind that vision.

But then most importantly, you have to be able to make it happen or execute on that vision.

Now the first two are fairly easy.

Coming up with the dream or vision is pretty easy.

Ideas are everywhere, but ideas won't make you wealthy.

It's the other pieces that will. You know,

it's your ability to execute on that vision or dream that's going to bring you success. You know,

that ability to execute is so it separates amateurs from professionals. You know, Thomas Edison said,

a vision without execution is delusion, unfortunately. So besides creating the vision or the idea
